Faeries, elves and Christmas Magic.  This 26 inch fantasy Santa is fully dressed including stockings and cotton pantaloons.  His under gown is constructed of pale yellow satin overlaid with machine crocheted cream colored lace, altered at the wrists with cording.  His gown is of beautiful reversible metallic brocade, with long Elizabethan sleeves, open down the front to show the lovely lace under gown.  The seams and hem of this garment have been bound with complementary metallic binding; the sleeves have French seams.  The sumptuous purple silk velvet cape is trimmed with hand sewn metallic braid.  His boots are leather.  He is a partial sculpt with soft sculpt body over a rod armature.

A fairy hides in the sleeve of his right hand and a dressed Victorian cat in the other.  He holds pine boughs, beads, a cloisonné' dragonfly, and a glass trinket box in the right hand and a jester staff in the other.
