PRIVACY STATEMENT: S. Nicolas Originals (Sherry Nicolas) will not make any information on our customers available to anyone for any reason. Financial and personal information is kept in strict confidence. Financial information on our customers is not kept on file.

WARRANTY:   I make only one of a kind Art Doll Figuratives. No two are alike, although the same theme may be used again, the facial features and presentation are different. Costuming is designed specially for each figurative; no commercial patterns are used. Costumes are construct using both vintage and new fabrics, trims, faux and real furs. No new furs are ever used. Original dolls often appreciate in value. In order to assure that your doll appreciates in value as much as possible, it must not be altered in any way. Should your Art Doll be damaged in transit, you may return it for repair ( see instructions below).  Each Figurative is signed, dated, numbered and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Detailed photographs of each doll are kept on file.

PAYMENT METHOD: All Orders will be processed via PayPal, either by clicking on the buy now buttons next to the available item, or by a Payment Request sent to you via PayPal, by myself.  Paypal processes all kinds of credit cards, debit cards, electronic checks, etc.  I will also accept Certified and Personal Checks, and Money Orders.  There is a $20 (twenty dollar) service fee on each returned check. In the event of a returned check for insufficient funds, a Certified Check will be necessary to complete the transaction. Payment must be made in full before shipping.

SHIPPING: Your Figurative will be shipped by Federal Express, unless you designate a different carrier. Shipping costs vary according to weight, size and destination. Shipping costs are quoted on an individual basis. Your doll will be shipped within 5 (five) working days after receipt of full payment. Foreign orders are quoted on individual basis, depending on customs regulation, weight, size and destination.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: Art Dolls or other merchandise ordered  from S. Nicolas Originals website may be returned for  refund. All accessories and the Certificate of Authenticity must be included, and must carry a return postmark within 5 (five)  days of the delivery date. Forwarding and return shipping charges are nonrefundable. Should you receive damaged merchandise please notify me and the carrier immediately. I ship with enough insurance to cover the cost of replacement. Photographs and details of each doll are kept on file. After the repairs are made your doll will be returned to you. All sales are final.  There is no return on commissioned dolls, or other merchandise or dolls sold at shows from S. Nicolas Originals' booth.

COMMISSIONS: I will be happy to create that special doll for you. You may furnish accessories, fabric or furs to be incorporated into your doll. Please do not send new furs. You may allow me to use my imagination or help me design your doll.  Either way, I'm sure you will be pleased. The cost of the finished doll will be adjusted should you furnish materials. I require 1/2 (one half) the total purchase price, not including shipping down, before I begin work. Customers pay all shipping charges which are added after the doll is finished. Your doll will be shipped within 10 (ten) working days after payment has been received. Commission work is done on a first order basis.
