Thunder Walker wears the Buffalo Mask worn by Native Americans of the Plains in Ceremonies to honor the White Buffalo which is believed to reappear at the end of times. A White Buffalo was born in Illinois in 1993.
Thunder walker was sculpted from a photograph. I do not use molds. His 4 inch head is sculpted from Polymer Clay over an Apoxi Sculpt base. His hair is horsehair. His eyes are blown glass and his face is painted. His Buffalo head dress is a recycled lamb's pelt and the horns are sculpted from Apoxi Sculpt and Polymer Clay He is mounted on a 7 1/2 inch by 9 1/2 inch plaque. Overall size is approximately 14 1/2 inches in length X 10 inches wide X 4 inches deep.
